We quote time lines in business days, so please be aware that we don’t work on weekends, those days are taken into consideration for our scheduled deadlines. However, If you require time-line adjustments, we can investigate the possibility of expedited delivery and possible weekend work.

Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays. So we generally don’t work on holidays.

We don’t exactly offer web design services as we choose to focus strictly on providing the best PSD to HTML and CSS we possibly can.

All your files/code related to your project is kept on aversion controlled secure file server. Even after your project is finished, we keep your project information and files on our server as backup and to make sure we are able to easily get back to you on any amendments you need on the project in future.

You can anytime access our project management application and download the latest copy of files of your project.

If the project was implemented by us previously we provide full support. But we don’t take up edit work in projects not done by us.

We are experts in PHP (core, YII framework) and RubyOnRails. Currently we don’t offer work in any other frameworks or languages.

Generally we are able to start off with the admin panel framework we already have built for custom projects. If you have your own design, we would be glad to use it for your project.

The most preferable source files are layered PSD and Fireworks layered PNG  files.

We also accept AI files, but please note that additional time will be needed to convert them into PSD format, and we will require your confirmation of the AI to PSD conversion.

If layered files are not available, we can also accept flattened designs in other formats like JPEG or PDF. For PDF source file please specify the exact dimensions in px to be used for the page. Please note that there may be cases where it is impossible or undesirable to use flattened files for particular elements. The projects with flattened designs usually require additional time.

We can also use your existing markup as a source. You are welcome to provide us with the local version of the page and we will use it for re-slicing.

When in doubt, upload the files you have, and ask your questions – we will advise you from there.

We currently don’t support any 3rd party CSS frameworks. We use a framework maintained by our team to quickly build pages for your project.

The maximum length is 2400px. if there is more content we will have to charge it as an extra subpage.

For Web Frontend projects with pages greater than 13 we offer discounts.

For clients looking for a long term partnership with us, we do work on negotiable rates.

The more information you provide the better, but here are a few items you’ll want to consider sending in with your order:

• Source file of the design you want converted.
• Flattened image of how you want the page to look at first glance, without effects, rollovers, animations, etc. This is important to make sure there are not some additional layers in the source files which might be turned off.
• Javascripts interactions that you will need.
• Dropdown menus to be implemented
• PopUps (Lightboxes) layers if included in design. Please specify them.
• Button Rollovers effects if need to be implemented, please include those layers and mentioned about them.
• Description of any requirements or special instructions. On the final form there is a place to fill in any specific requirements you have. However, you may also want to consider including an extra layer in the source file to provide more details.
• Fonts. If you’re using custom fonts and you haven’t traced their outlines, we’ll need the actual font files to display the image correctly. This is especially essential if you would like us to use Cufón technique.

• Pay using your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and DISCOVER) via Paypal service.
• Pay using your PayPal account, if you have one.

We accept payments in US Dollars or India Rupees (INR)

For our new customers, we ask that you make your payments immediately upon placing your order, but we also offer a 10% discount to any of our customers who pay in full up front. Invoice will be sent immediately after the order is taken.

For all of our regular customers, an invoice will be sent as soon as the order is placed with payment due in full upon delivery.

For our well-established customers, we can arrange NET 30 or NET 45 payment options, but unless stated otherwise payment is due in 14 days.

All of our customers should know that we charge a 2% penalty for each month the payment is late. Naturally, you are not allowed to use the files we send until you have paid for them per our payment agreements.
